All data is encrypted and protected by your secret code, so only you have access to it, even if you let your friends borrow your phone to make a call or browse online.

This is the kind of information that you want easy access to while you are on the go, but find it hard to recall just when you need it. For example, I always forget my bank account number right when I need to deposit a check at the bank.

IMPORTANT BACKUP INFORMATION:

Remember to sync and do a backup of your data through the LockBox app before updating to newer versions! You never know what might happen to your phone in the middle of a sync :-) Also, the iTunes backup is not enough in some cases especially when you have to replace your phone or reset it, so make sure you use the WiFi backup method to protect your data. Its the only way to make sure your data is safe when doing a sync or restore for your device.

Export-Function has bug. The shown IP is incorrect unless you deactivate GSM and use only WiFi.

I am using drop box a lot. A nice addition would be an option to create folders. Regarding the synching problem that some of you report: try a different browser. Explorer should work.

Definitely does what it says it does. I used the free version for a while but after realizing how much I used it I decided to give some $upport. Import and export works for me. I needed it because when you buy the pro version your data does not copy across from the free version.

I was able to export before but since the new update, I cant connect to the IP displayed on the screen. Please correct this bug or restore the old export.

Simple but efficient application in order to maitain login, password and codes. I hope in some new feautures in next months... i.e. Search function, encrypted backup throught mail, new interface in landscape mode, etc...

I love the ease and security lockbox offers. Very easy to use. I keep all my passwords, credit card info, drivers license info. Very secure and best if all easy to use. I cant believe it has a low rating. Its my favorite

Some bad moments

limport depuis computer ne fonctionne pas même en entrant ladresse IP de mon IPHONE suivi de :88 sur lordinateur. ne trouve pas ladresse. Doesnot work even when entering the IPHONE IP n° with :88 at the end on the computer . It says it doenot find the adress. PLEASE REIMBURSE !!

My lockbox crashed with all my data! I cannot find any support . These people have disappeared. This is not a serious application.

I am using Lock Box since several years and like it very much. Now I have bought Lock Box Pro in order to benefit from the proposed advantages. My real disappointment however is that the transfer the data from Lock Box to the Lock Box Pro doesnt work and I have to write everything down on a sheet of paper and punch it in again by hand. There was obviously no need to buy the upgrade.

I bought the pro version specifically to be able to import my passwords from a different device, but I cant see how to do this now. The import/export function always activates only the export web server. Am I the only one with this problem?

Only reason I bought the upgrade was because I had to restore my iphone. It does not imprt data! Save you money!!!

Generally Im reasonably happy with the app. The synchronizing is kinda old school but it works. I use the paid app but there is still a translucent grey band at the bottom of the screen that carries ads in the free version. Apparently paying doesnt get rid of it. There is nothing on the site about it. The link for the company doesnt work. There is no way to communicate. You may want to steer clear for these latter reason even though the app works. What would make me happy is an update that gets rid of the band, a search bar, improve the synching and an email address to hear from customers. Rick K. LIke others, I cant export my data to my mac, even with the workaround on their site. The ip is wrong in the app, but using the correct ip from the network you are on as they suggest doesnt work either. Dropping my rating from 3 to 2. I think they have just given up on the sw.
