I love the ease and security lockbox offers. Very easy to use. I keep all my passwords, credit card info, drivers license info. Very secure and best if all easy to use. I cant believe it has a low rating. Its my favorite

Ive used Pro for years but now it isnt working right. I can view without issues. It the moment I try to add new data, the app automatically closes. The app needs an update.

I upgraded to iPhone 4s from an iPhone 4 and it worked great!!

I just upgraded to Pro so I can import my saved data onto new phone. There is no import! It is exactly the same as free version except the button says import/export.. but when you press it, it only gives a url to export to.

Lockbox Pro does NOTHING that it promises to do. Does not import any saved data at all. I wanted to be able to sync my data between iPhone and iPad. Thank goodness I still have my data on the free version. I want a refund.

It WILL NOT import a file created in the free version of Lockbox! I want a refund immediately!

I am really not happy with this app because you cant import the files from before it does not work and I had lots of passwords for multiple jobs and websites and emails for clients very frustrating.

I have been using LockBox pro since my first gen iTouch and not much has changed. When other apps have made changes to take advantage of being able to files and data from itunes I of course thought lockbox would take advantage of this feature but it has not. Using the web browser is slow and sometimes just doesnt work and also not as safe as using itunes. It would also be nice if the exported data was encrypted, after all the program is called lock box and contains data that you dont want other to have access to, so keeping an unencrypted version on you laptop or desktop does not make sense. Like others have stated it would be nice to have a search feature and be able to change icons and have custom categories. This was one of the first and best password programs on itunes, it is really ashame that it hasnt advance with features and kept up with the changes in iTunes and iOS version.

Its an awesome concept to be able to save all this info to on your phone and import it to your computer, but it doesnt work the way it was designed to work!! Im really disappointed, as are the majority of your customers based on these reviews, because I just wasted $3 on your product!! Im sure if you just tweaked a few things here and there it would work just fine, but youve just neglected your product after taking your customers money!! UPDATE THE APP!!

After my iPhone dies and Im forced to get a new one is a fantastic time to discover Lockbox Pro never actually backed up my data so I cant restore my passwords onto a new device. Absolutely unacceptable. These programmers dont understand the most fundamental concept of syncing to keep a backup copy of your data. Deleting this piece of crap now, and I hope your servers crash so youre forced to recreate your data all over again like youre forcing me to.

Developer has abandoned this app, and the web sharing will not work. Web sharing, saving and restoring worked for me back in December 2011 whan I was able to tranfer my data from my iPhone to my new iPad.

Purchased Pro to eliminate adds but the Export function does not work save your Money I want a refund Ripp Offed

Export feature doesnt work. Youll be unable to back up. I purchased the Pro for this purpose. The app was last updated 2011.

Ive had this app for a number of years. When you were able to connect to the server to export and import information it was a great app.Since October of 2011, I have been unable to connect to the server to import or export information until last night. I had no problems exporting information from my iPhone 4 and importing the information to my iPhone five. The key to successful export/import is that when the information comes up you must copy it and paste it to a .txt file. When connected to the server, the.txt file will import easily. It would be helpful if they explained the use of the .txt on the import/export page. Hopefully, the will continue to support this app as I use it regularly and had no problem except being able to connect to the server.

Program used to work fine. Post iOS 6 it doesnt let you use the export function. Hand copying, and using a different program.

I updated from iPhone 3 to 4. When I restored on iTunes to get all of my apps back, Lockbox still had all of its contents, but Lockbox Pro had lost everything I had stored in it.
